Received my CDx test results yesterday, was interested in any comments. At biopsy G 9/10, PSA 8.4. Testing was performed on one of the biopsy cores. N0 M1a, metastasized to 4 lymph nodes upper abdomen. 2 CyberKnife and 25 TrueBeam. Currently on ADT (Eligard) and Zytiga with PSA at 0.067.

What really stands out to me is the MSH2 and MSH6 loss, which suggests microsatellite high. That means that Keytruda is approved for you now and will probably work well. Congratulations!

Yes, absolutely TA! Every man on this forum I think should be tested for mutations and yet it seems that so many don’t know about it. Always nice to see MSI, MSH2, MSH6, high mutational burden or a POLE mutation. Glad you made Ford 33 aware!!!

Some guys have autoimmune reactions; most don’t.

Anyone know reference to FDA Keytruda approval while still responding well to ADT and Abiraterone? Everything I have found so far relates to castrate-resistant or failure for other medications.
