These are insignificant changes. Any fluctuations below .1 are normal. They could be due to small irritations or inflammation.

Riding a bike could cause changes in PSA.

These are insignificant fluctuations. There is absolutely no reason to do ultrasensitive psa post salvage radiation. It only creates anxiety.

Fluctuation is when the reading goes up and down by small amount. The trend is very slow increase but still very negligible.

I went from 0.01 to 0.05 in 19 months. It was increasing slowly... but surely but so was my anxiety.

My oncs gave me the green light to choose salvage radiation. Started last January. It was my call. A PM was involved which slightlyraised my recurrence risk. Since my salvage, my anxiety has almost disappeared entirely knowing I did all I could do to look after my disease. No regrets for doing salvage. Been <0.01 for 7 months.

The advice here is 👍 👍but at the same time make a decision by reaching the very best understanding of your situation you can.

Yes, I have yet to know of any PSA fluctuation after RP. It goes up or stays the same.
