Earleada Rash

Does anyone here have experience with the "erleada rash". I went through it some time ago and my skin has remained itchy, rough, thick, leathery and wrinkly. Calling this a rash is like calling the Titanic a boat that sank a long time ago. I had to stop taking erleada, my skin was huge, angry ,red, raised blotches. My Onc wants to restart me on erleada possibly at 2 pills per day instead of 4. He says that very few people get it again when they restart which is not in agreement with my limited research. How important is erleada? Is my experience common?

If you are metastatic and hormone-sensitive (your profile is empty), you can also use Zytiga or Xtandi.

TA, do you think he should ask his oncologist to see if he might be able to get darolutamide on some sort of compassionate use basis? Darolutamide has a much better AE profile.

It's up to insurance, and I doubt they'd approve it - you can try.
