If anyone already great experience with BAT therapy please share how exactly they did exact even small details like weather you are taking testosterone suppressing injections like Lupron along with therapy? Like how much testosterone per month ? Till how long you have to wait and observe psa to show its effect wether it’s working or not? How are the chances of psa flare is so very much or what May can happen in worst case scenario I understand that it’s new treatment and doesn’t comes under standard of care or gold standard but still I want to know as it may resensitize the cells for enzaleutamide as my dads been on abiraterone last 4 years so We May go for BAT obviously after consulting a medical oncologist so share your views so I can have some information and I can discuss with my doctor

Your oncologist can contact Sam Denmeade at Johns Hopkins who was the lead investigator of the TRANSFORMER trial. He can email a copy of the detailed trial protocol. I doubt your oncologist would be willing to do it, but you can certainly ask. Chemo may re-sensitize as well.

Allen is it possible that if I can communicate with him? Like if he generally responds to patients? Like I can pass on protocol to my Doctor because here in India Docs are superbusy even it was difficult to for me find someone who would ready to prescribe me out of standard care but thankfully I’ve got one

You can send him an email asking for his TRANSFORMER trial protocol. He's probably very busy too.

I did a high T clinical trial, it was not bat. But I stayed on lupron while getting testosterone gel. They kept me on Lupron while on the trail so that they could turn on and off and try to regulate my T. Details are in my profile
