Hi everyone, I just found this website today that has an extensive library of "fast facts" articles relating to palliative and hospice care. It's geared toward professionals but the articles are clearly written and should be very accessible to readers here.

Good info on at least the Gabapentin. Full 3600 mg for me. I will read more tomorrow after a good nights sleep. Thanks for the reference.
