Xofigo experiences

Hello all! Hope everyone is doing well! My father starts Xofigo this Friday, has anyone had good responses from this course of treatment? I have read in this forum alot of people had to discontinue because of blood levels. In between treatments my Dad starts with pain in some areas, so I know it is probably progression does Xofigo alleviate pain for QOL?

I had xofigo a few years ago. I didn't have any problems with it. Xofigo did work on my bone mets.

Good morning. I will have the 2nd treatment on June 10th. I know we are all different, but I will share my experience with the 1st dose. I definitely had an increased amount of bone pain and fatigue for 4-5 days after. The oncologist told me to expect this and it’s a good sign that it’s working to attack the METS. I’m feeling better now and pray that the treatment is working. I’ll gladly take some pain to be rid of this disease or at least stop it for a while.

My husband started Xofigo last Wednesday. He has not had any relief from dyer pain yet
