Live from Austin,Texas, and some days I even feel alive. Others, not so much. New to this forum. I mostly listen. I give no advice unless it‘s asked for. Intermittent fasting is one part of my therapy, prescribed by me but some evidence out there of efficacy. Am also on Lupron and Xtandi. Had chemo five years ago. No radiation, no surgery. Gleason 9, of course. PSA holding steady below 5 most of time with occasional temporary bump ups a few ticks. Medical care is VA, which I‘m satisfied with.
