Cachexia

The past few months have been a cascade of lost muscle mass (and weight in general). I'm beginning suspect cancer induced cachexia although my MO hasn't mentioned it. Part of the problem is that our last visits have been virtual so he hasn't gotten to really see what is obvious to me. Has anyone else had this diagnosis?

Does cannabis help?

Haven't tried any cannabis products. Guess I'll give them a shot, although the anorexia often associated with this isn't strong.

You could add Dexamethasone.

I eat (although very small portions at a time for fear of stomach upset). My arms and legs are emaciated right now. Not so many months ago I was still hiking and sailing.
