Zytiga has run it's course. On to Xtandi.

Greetings to all. I have been on Zytiga since September of 2019. It never took the PSA below 3.5 but that was OK with me and my MO since it stopped the rise. I was receiving it through the Johnson & Johnson Foundation and due to the China virus pandemic they advanced me 4 monthly doses and I have 4 unopened bottles. (120, 250mg tabs) Willing to give them away to anyone paying the high price for the drug. Contact me through email. I am very grateful to the Johnson & Johnson Foundation for their wonderful service. Now hoping to get good results from Xtandi.

I would switch to BAT now and take Xtandi when BAT starts to fail:

Xtandi right after Zytiga will work for about three months only. There is a cross-resistence between these drugs.

I'm on Xtandi, a break after failure or short chemo might make work better if zytiga is failing.,.,then on to Xtandi.
