It's funny it's been 3 1/2 years since being diagnosed at stage 4 and sometimes it's hard to remember what "normal" feels like.
In Thailand my Doc raised my dose of Prednisone from 5mg to 10mg because he thought it might slow down my PSA growth. Coming back here my new Doc said, "Nah, that's not going to help." I saw no point on being on 10mg and wanted to get down to 5mg. Doc was cool with it.
Occasionally I would still feel nausea after 8 weeks of switching to 5mg. I finally asked to get an anti-nausea medicine. Onedansetron, 4mg every 6 hours. I started yesterday and WOW, I guess I've always felt a low level of nausea for a while now because that feeling is gone.

I took Zofran for the first few radiation treatments to prevent nausea which I never got so I stopped taking it for the last 20 or so. I felt better off it than on it.
