One of the biggest challenges during COVID19 and also on this PC journey that we are all on is what do we do with the time? Here's what I discovered and do everyday as it helps my mood and my general well-being.
Every morning, before I have breakfast, I do my PingShuai exercise. For those who are interested I just completed day 678. Here is the YouTube Link to the exercise: youtube.com/watch?v=2iG7jXq...
I have not missed a day since I started this 32 minute exercise. After I have finished, I write in my gratitude journal. In my gratitude journal I write down my weight, my resting heartbeat and also record what day it is.
I also write down what I'm grateful for that day, it could be the sunrise, it could be my beautiful wife or it could be life in general. There is always something to be grateful for in life, all we have to do is find it and celebrate it in our gratitude journal.
What has this got to do with PC?
I believe your mind has a lot to do with PC. Having a routine every morning is a big plus for me, it gets me up and out of bed to do something. I believe exercising, writing down thoughts of gratitude and eating healthy food have made an enormous difference in my PC journey. I believe if you do not have a set routine in the morning or later in the day you might be missing out on one of the positive steps in your journey to recovery.
You can purchase a gratitude journal on Amazon for less than $10. It may just be the best $10 you ever spend on yourself

I do that but also blessed to find ways to give back. I truly believe that there was a reason for me to be in the aPCA cllub and I have been giving back to help in prostrate awareness and funds for help research. I am hoping to do an in-line hockey skate fundraiser with my son’s D3 hockey team. Will keep you all posted! Stay strong....
I give thanks every time I remember and when I do my 5 time prayers in a day ❤️
My good routine, Morning Prayers, I walk every morning come rain or shine, make my bed, have a hearty breakfast with my lovely wife, do housework, meddle and tinker, read, more prayers, eat, watch television/ Netflix and pray before I hit the bed.
Thank you for your comment. It sounds to me that you have this all figured out. Keep doing what you are doing as it only gets better. Stay strong, Keep believing as the best is yet to come. 🎉 🙏🏻 ❤️
Hope to get where you guys are with prayer. I am suffering from a crisis of faith. My family has been destroyed with this cancer as many members have the BRCA2 mutation or have been beset by other tragedies. I feel like Job from the Old Testament. Glad you have someone to pray to.
