Can anyone suggest online Resistance Training for at home?

So having minimal weights at home, stuck in a heavily impacted area of new Covid strain...anyone have a resource for at-home regimen for resistance training for ADT patients? Seems like a basic resource that PCF or Malecare may have....(it is needed)...but I can't find it.

Our local health authority employs a fitness trainer. Search for Sarah Tagg on Youtube. You might find she has something to assist you there. I join her for live exercise sessions, but I am not sure if that would be allowed outside Ceredigion.

Yes. If you have a place to attach it to, then order yourself a suspension training kit. Google it. You can get the non-TRX brands for under $100.You can do an entire body workout if you want. I have a gym membership but I still use the suspension training for certain exercises.

I have a beach property and during the summer I take it with me to exercise rather then waste additional money on a gym at the beach. So if you plan on doing any traveling, its easy to bring along.

Best one I’ve found and which I utilize is a You Tube video - Lift less weight gain more muscle ( TRICON TRAINING WORKOUT!) by LIVE ANABOLIC. You don’t need the bench he demonstrates. I’ve built a significant and unexpected amount of muscle on this program( with a testosterone level of 9 ng/dL) and 8 years on ADT. Good luck
