It's known that Lupron and other ADT can increase blood glucose and increase odds of having problems with metabolic syndrome.

I've been on casodex monotherapy for 18 months and my fasting blood sugar rose from a range of 100-105 before casodex to a range of 130-155 now. HA1c runs 6.5-6.7. PCP has not suggested starting any meds for better control. MO says it's not his problem. I'm about ready to dump him, but I need him for writing the casodex scripts.
