I had T3b with 2 pelvic metastasis in may 2019 ..79 old

Discussion was should I have RT

Or just stay with ADT

Stupidity of clinical study mind set...

One should get rid of cells ..maximum possible..

Why these docs hesitated to go fo RT.....strange ..a money question..

Finally I had 20 boost sessions on prostate along with radiating..pelvic spots...

Nothing seen after RT on choline scan...

So friends have an open mind

use gut feeling and not get trapped by blind followers of protocols...

At 80 I supported well RT and ADT....no loss of QOL..even libido may be activated thru mental pathway...

A bit of choiceless awareness helps...of this disease and of the mind set of docs...some are outdated...

Now PSA is 0.006 from 30

Do not forget exercise, right diet and some basic supplements...

For me Metaformin 500 mg autovastatin 10 mg

vit D bit aspirin

Good results and good attitude Karmaji. Consider increasing dose of metformin and the statin. Did you see the post today about metformin and simvistatin? In vitro but pretty encouraging for meds we are taking anyway.
