I have been on Lupton since October 2017 3 months on and off for approximately a year or until psa gets back to 10. My petscan was done at the same time with undetectable cancer.
Update : I have been on Lupton since... - Advanced Prostate...

Seems like you are practicing Intermittent ADT. There is ample evidence that Intermittent ADT is non-inferior than continuous ADT.
Intermittent ADT is less likely to cause heart problems, Diabetes and weakening of bones.
However, Not every one with mPCa is a suitable candidate for Intermittent ADT...one should get careful evaluation about how aggressive cancer is and how low was Nadir PSA and Nadir T.
PSA of 100 is a warning signal. Which PET scan did you have (Axium or FDG)?
Tall_Allen: Please correct me if I'm wrong, but "3 mos on and off" is not an IADT protocol. IADT means achieving a PSA nadir, then stopping ADT, allowing T to rise, and resuming ADT only when the PSA hits a certain number, of the PSADT is under a certain number of mos.
