Abiraterone and Lu177 can be given at the same time

My father is on abiraterone and Lu177.... Now doctor stopped abiraterone... Should this be stopped on Lu177

Abiraterone may, over time, lower expression of PSMA. That might make the Lu-177-PSMA less effective.

Ohh thanks Alen... May be doctor ask to stop abiraterone now while being on lu177

They both potentially damage the liver. I had both treatments simultaneously but stopped abiraterone after about my 3rd Lu treatment as my liver enzymes were about 7 times upper normal level (no clinical evidence).

Hi All, Docter advised Docetexal to my father , and my father had the first cycle of Docetexal on 17/01/2023 and dr advised to have 2nd on 08/03/2023. Can anyone advise pls how many cycle are required generally and how many days gap should be there in between each cycle
