Was on Docetaxel 6 session from August to Nov 2019. PSA dropped to the lowest at 0.149 in Dec 2019...and started to creep up 2.33 in July 2020. In between those time, continue with Lucrin and zometa ( Qtrly). Started on Xtandi in July and in August, the PSA dropped to 0.73 but the Oct PSA started to creep up to 0.837.
The oncologist was not too concern and wanted me to continue with Xtandi with Lucrin and Zometa. Should I be concerned?

A change in PSA of 0.11-ish to me seem to be quite small. I'm no doctor, but I'd probably give Xtandi some time and maybe get some updated imagery every several months, or when the PSA gets back up above 2.0 again. Ask your doctor about "next options".
(In my anecdotal experience with a couple of doctors and a few other men in support groups, it had not been unusual for some doctors to recommend to "keep riding the Xtandi horse" until PSA values may reach upwards of 5, 10,15, 20 or more, depending upon other available treatments/trials, evidence of radiological progress as seen on various types of scans, actual symptoms, overall lab test results, etc. )
Thanks for sharing . Will do a major FDG and MRI scan in Dec or Jan to ascertain the progress of the metastasis sites for my backbone, lymph nodes, femur. In the meatime, I continue to walk an average of 6 km per day and three times a week of weight bearing exercises...and enjoying all my regular food....God bless
Fluctuations in PSA can happen on hormonal drugs, dad's PSA on Zytiga was going up and down every month, what's important is that it doesn't go up and up...and up...and up, but give or take stays stable or aiming to go down.
