Hello George71, Trials in CAR T Cell Immunotherapy have started. The pilots for some trials are completed and Phase 1 is underway. Tmunity is a company whose trials have reached Phase 1 (website: tmunity.com There seems to be a glitch in accessing the "Clinical Trial" heading). It is conducting trials University of Pennsylvania and Thomas Jefferson Hospital Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center, Philadelphia. NOT ready yet for most cancers, and is EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE!!

Given the way the world is operating now with the virus we have put prostate cancer research back 10 years-a wild guess but all the money is going into virus cures.

Wonder how long it would take to come up with a cure or make advanced prostate cancer a chronic disease if the world came together and went at it like the virus-but one caution, sad to say, due to the HUGE DOLLARS involved, virus research is throwing out huge dollars because THE RESEARCH MEDICAL FACILITIES DO NOT SHARE RESULTS, so cannot build on each others research and findings.

What is needed is better control over how scientific research is done and the results shared for ALL.

We are continuing to die in huge numbers because of a failure by the greedy cooperate world to ignore us in their goals of making money.
