Had an RP 2019 without any side effects. My Johnson stood at attention the morning after Mr Foley was removed.
Present day: now and then, I leak a very small amount of urine at sexual climax. Totally dry the rest of the time. I prefer to shoot urine at climax because when I don't, I often feel urgency to urinate for hours after a dry climax but not with a peegasm. Can anyone advise?

It sounds like you enjoy your peegasms - what's the problem?
Youre having Orgasms? In my bachelor life I met a girl that did that . She couldn’t help it . So if your parter is happy it ? It’s a win win . Whats a little pee amongst lovers? Keep rolling amigo 🥳🌵
Climacturia! Imagine that! A subject, a condition, a common side effect of prostatectomy I once said to a group needed to be discussed by urologists prior to surgery and physical therapists who treat incontinence.
After decades climacturia is a common side effect of surgery rarely spoken about until a man who is suddenly surprised -- says--"WTF!
When I was first reading about climacturia in 2013 one of the men writing of his experience said he was continent immediately when the catheter was removed. In a week or less he had full erections but had to maintain "stimulation" to keep it --up. When he was "practicing" the first time to "try things out" he was amazed that he had an orgasm of urine that nearly hit the ceiling! He dealt with his climacturia in this way. When having sex he would "pull out" just before orgasm and use a towel to absorb the urine. He mentioned that women didn't favor a urine orgasm. There is a notable difference in the viscosity of the two fluids!
Farther reading about this "common" side effect said that most men have climacturia to a degree but that it--stock phrase here!--"usually resolves itself within a year". Aren't the "stock phrases" --reassuring!
