Hey gang, latest PSA at 4.3, up from 4.1 and 4.2 previously

On Abiraterone since January 2020 and was hoping it would approach nil.

T under 3, on Lupron, Metformin, and Lipitor.

Life with #stageivpca

So, still in the game so far💙

Hey Brother, still working 6 days/week as a DDS, that keeps me focused and less depressed cuz I'm pretty productive still at work. Really still enjoy engaging my patients Been trying to get out and hike. Still fasting for 16 hrs to maybe starve the beast in me. My best to you Bro

Those PSA numbers are fairly close together and could be due to inflammation or irritations in the prostate bed. I would wait for one more PSA reading. If the next one is up again, that would signal that a move in treatment is needed.

Was on Abiraterone/Prednisone for 6 months when my PSA rose from 0,12 to 0.55 and oncologist decided it was time to change to Olaparib due to genetic testing confirming BRCA2+ mutation. PSA then went to undetectable. Also continuing on Eligard and Xgeva.

Like the mask. Love the attitude. I note stylish scrubs also. Do you work in healthcare?
