Reformulating Zytiga -

I have read several posts about those who are able to halve the dosage of Zytiga with a meal/med plan - so I thought this article was interesting. Essentially they are working to encapsulate the drug in the necessary fats to reduce the dose, increase efficacy and eliminate the require fasting.

Clearly its a bit before it reaches people, but at least some headway into tiny QOL improvements.

I was on a zytiga trial where after a year I was told to switch and take the drug with food . My PSA started to fall again .

Thank you for this posting... it’s nice to see SOMETHING positive happening with Zytiga...best thing to happen since it went generic
