My dad got his 1st lu psma infusion (150 mCi ) on 26th feb and 2nd cycle was scheduled after 2 months (29th april).
However, due to the lockdown ,it seems we will have to delay his treatment. We could also not get his psa test done for the same reason and are absolutely clueless about the effect of psma treatment. He was tested 2 weeks after infusion and his psa has shown a sudden steep rise. However, many people in this group said that it was most probably a psa flare. He seems to be quite well with good appetite and no pain at all (was in severe pain before infusion). Also continuing with abiraterone.
How long can the next cycle be delayed? Is there anything else we need to take care of?Any suggestions would be of great help for us.

You can delay it as long as you like. The two months are just a schedule to make sure the cycle is not applied too soon after the previous one. My opinion is that you should schedule the cycles as required to avoid side effects if possible. If it is required is determined with a PSMA PET/CT and not according to a fixed schedule.
If your dad has no pain anymore the treatment has worked. An alternative could be to make the second cycle when pain occurs again. Lu177 does not provide cure, it just reduces the amount of tumor.
I am in the same boat as you. I have completed 2 cycles. My next is scheduled for May 7 in Heidelberg. Due to covid-19, I am still unaware if I will be treated on that day or not. I have a letter from Dr Drake at Columbia and a recent negative covid-19 test to take with me to Frankfurt airport to help me enter the country. At this point the question seems to be whether Heidelberg is admitting patients for lu treatment at this time.
Where are you being treated btw? And the PSA increase is probably due to tumor kill - I have experienced it myself.
