Part of my six month chemotherapy and hormone therapy trial in 2004 included estramustine with the Adrimyacin and ketoconozole with the Taxotere. I am familiar with and have used estramustine as another drug with prostate cancer cell killing properties. Another drug that causes cellular apoptosis in the mutant bastards we all have.

I started estramustine 2 weeks ago, brand name estracyt. PSA and other blood tests next week. Feeling of reduced energy/ sleepiness. The paper you share is about 2 patients. Some larger double blind studies in Japan show benefits, on average.
