Oh- you didn't mention Xtandi in your post. Decreased appetite is a known side effect, as are asthenia/fatigue, back pain, hot flush, constipation, arthralgia, diarrhea, and hypertension.

Before Dx I was in extreme pain from extensive rapidly growing mets everywhere.

Started at 6' and 215 lbs.

Lost 55lbs in 2 1/2 months. No appetite or much taste. 2 bites of most anything filled me up.

Stage 4 Dx a couple months later, PSA at 1300+ and rising a point a day.

My judgement is that PCa, by itself, can cause significant weight loss and later the side effects of our SOC treatments is just our bonus.
