I download this every year! I like the fact that, for the past two years they have issued mid-year updates based on the results presented at ASCO each summer. I carry this guide and the NCCN guidelines to every appointment.

I have written a number of books on PCa. I reference everything I write against many sources, including the NCCN Guidelines which are excellent, other than being a little light on for a technocrat like me.
