I've been told by my doctor, PCa makes us avid non sexual, because we feel this. But is this true, does our Testosterone treatment really makes us asexuality?

Many women have told me that they are happy if there is emotional intimacy and mutual respect...and sharing ...sex for them (esp after age of 40 ) is like a side dish and not the main course.

I tend to agree with to you. Been on ADT for over a year and I still have an eye for the ladies (including my "darling wife of 46 years")!
However, I've retrofitted my wardrobe. Slim fitted jeans (I'm down to 5"10, 160 lbs), Colorful shirts( not gaudy!) and a variety of Lands End accessories.

ED and the absence of libido clearly determines our wants and needs!!
To the extent that I found it effects my romantic normals. I found myself having to remind myself to kiss and hug my wife of 44 years.
I’ve never been a cheater but I didn’t even look anymore.
Good news, as ADT goes away, as does this emasculating condition!!! Maybe not the equipment yet but the will!!!!

Well, I've always been a leg man, and still got it. My wife is a bit younger and looks great. If she initiates intimacy, I do get the feeling, besides zero Testosterone.
I've started taking Sildenafil on a weekly basis, even if away on travels - Roman makes it affordable and a breeze with prescriptions.

It’s true...depending on the individual..I’d blame treatments especially adt and the resulting castration. I was very sexual prior dx but now after almost five years of adt the truth is that even the idea of sex doesn’t cross my mind.. I can perform at night . All I have to do is convince my wife to come to my side. We’ve built the Berlin Wall between us .. She wraps us like a cocoon on her side. On mine I’m always nude night tripping to pee followed by a night sweat . I purposely separate as not to disturb her. I pee 7 times a night. It interrupts sleep. Between the high thc melatonin and naltrexone prior to bed I’m an avid dreamer waking with a piss hard on all night long driven thru the jungle being chased by the cia or irs or the devil himself . My dreams vanish when I wake . Can’t remember them. That’s probably a good thing. So whatever sex was to us it will not be that again . I’m working on being intimate and hoping she comes back to me . Perhaps part of it in our heads, not only in our nuts. We're still shagging after two years of ADT, radiation, two chemos, and zero T. Not that often as used to but still probably more than MO judging from his face expressions during the follow up visits when we go over standard questionnaire.

I totally agree. My sex drive/attraction for sex is non-existent but I also have non-existent erection thanks to my doctors ineptitude in doing robotic prostatectomy!
