Anyone out there know anything about how its working or happen to participate in "An Extended- Phase 2 Multi-Center, Open-Label Study to Evaluate the Tolerability of GT0918 in Subjects With Metastatic Castrate Resistant Prostate Caner (mCRPC)"
The Proxiludamide (GT0918) Trials are scattered around USA and from What I've been able to glean is that its suppose to be about 5 X's stronger that Xtandi or Zytiga with the two Arms of the trial involve finding the best effective tolerated dosage of either one time pill of 400 mg daily or 500 mg daily. Mega Thanks...Tgrec

Try putting proxalutamide in the search bar. There was someone recently.
Hi tgrec, my husband just started this trial a week ago. He was on Xtandi for over 3yrs before it failed. He is on the 400mg arm. His doctor sounds very hopeful about this drug. My understanding is only 60 patients are to be accepted. Side effects so far are similar to the Xtandi, fatigue being the worse thing. I will post update as to how he does with it.
