Does anyone know of the centers in US that offer BAT right now? My friends dad is doing really really well on it and currently at Johns Hopkins. But wondering if its being offered in Florida or anywhere else. I tried googling it and got publications but not Drs who are doing it

We have been to Dr Anasarkis at JH for 2 nd opinion. Am hoping UM MCI or Mayo in Florida does just because it would give us a place to stay and our kids live in Fla. I am from Texas so thats an option. I understand men can do this even with low hemoglobin . I will check out those leads. Thank. You for the reply

Denmeade at JH would be the best source. Oliver Sartor at Tulane is offering it to some patients and Michael Schweizer at UW Seattle. Elizabeth Kessler at U of Colorado at Denver has a clinical trial:

This is not something to do outside of a clinical trial. Many patients get worse using BAT. And it should never be used in men who are symptomatic.

I did not do BAT, but ran smallest dose of an androjel patche for a couple of weeks to help heal some skin sores that would not heal. My PSA at the time was less than 0.02, so I was not worried. Sores healed nicely and I was feeling good for 2 weeks.
