I have been on Lupron for nearly a year and have experienced its known side effects plus a variety of “skin conditions. Recently, with the help of Google, my dermatologist told me I had Subcorneal pustular dermatosis which is “a rare, chronic, relapsing, bullous condition, characterised by blisters that become filled with pus. “ (pcds.org.uk/clinical-guidan.... Although it is considered a “disease”, It is of unknown aetiology, and non contagious, does not affect longevity and apparently its only downside is cosmetic. The pustules have an interesting characteristic; the pus occupies only the bottom half of the pustule
I am curious as to whether anyone else in this group has experienced this.

Lupron and similar drugs could cause allergic reactions. I had one with Firmagon but it did not affect the skin. The dermatosis you have may be associated with a gammopathy. They could study if you have some form of MGUS (monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance). This condition is more frequent in people 70 and older.
I do not know but since it may be associated with a gammopathy, they have to rule it out. MGUS is in general a benign condition but in a small % of patients it could progress to multiple myeloma, If there is a MGUS they have to follow it closely, at least every 6 months.
