Greetings to all. PSA up from 6.62 by 0.67 to 7.29. Hopefully a bump and not a trend. Scans in three weeks should provide more to go on. This is the hour of watchful waiting. We do our best and keep our big guns off the field unless the battle gets too hot. #stayingthecourse

Staying the Course
Good idea not to change treatments based on PSA alone. Probably a good idea to get imaging to see what's going on.
Do you have any symptoms at this point such as pain?
No pain, thankfully. Scans in three weeks. Thanks.
One upward reading could be anything. Watch for trends in PSA. You have a good plan. Keep the faith.
My scan Sep. 30th, revealed the tumor has remained stable—literally no change—to the millimeter. No bone mets. PSA dropped by 0.24 since last test. Now 7.05. I'm buoyed up by the news to say the least. Thanks for the support. Hopefully the Constellation study will result in some useful treatment for those of us who need it. My goal until next tests is to exercise more and regulate my eating habits.
Looks like the benefit from CPI-1250 + abiraterone lasted 5-6 months. Starting docetaxel infusions in a few days.
