Hi Neeta123,

Reviewed your profile, in regards to the MRI scan, it is not the best scan for determining metastasis in PCa. Your husband's PSA of < .008 makes it impossible for any scan to give a definitive guarantee on the right ala of the sacrum. There was no evidence of fracture. They did advise a CT guided biopsy of the area to determine if metastatic or not as a potential f/u. There is no guarantees even with biopsy. With his PSA of .008, he is responding well to treatment.

The report said his hips look normal so why he has pain in R hip is a mystery...

Ribs not viewed in scan.
