Low Dose / Metronomic Chemotherapy

Has anybody here done Low Dose / Metronomic Chemotherapy? and would also maybe share their experiences?

I know Dr Bob from Compassionate Oncology is an advocate of it.

Looking for an oncologist who supports it here in the UK.

Hi Taylor123 -

My husband is a patient of Dr. Bob's. He did very well on low dose taxotore - huge drop the first month in PSA - over 60% as I recall. (Nov 2018) He did about 4 cycles, then got a bad case of the flu + a UTI in February/March, ended up in the hospital for 2 weeks and at that point taxotere seemed to lose its efficacy for him. So he switched him to Jevtana.

My husband is English - we moved back to the US in 2016.

I would imagine that Dr. Nicola Hembry in Bristol could either do it or recommend a DR in the UK who would do it. She is great and very much tuned in there.
