Does anyone have a guess as to what’s next? I’ve done just about everything surgery, all the oral chemos, 55 radiation treatments, chemo for most of last year and just finished with 6 xofigo treatments. So far only bone mets. Psa is above 80.

You can try clinical trials, especially for PSMA-linked radiopharmaceuticals. The VISION trial for Lu-177-PSMA-617 looks promising:

How about BAT -- I see where abruptly stopping ADT and taking high dose testosterone can make the cancer stop -- drop PSA to near nothing and re synthesize the cancer cells to ADT.
