ADT drugs then radiation would be the only way I could think of, If this is the only bone met you have.

If this is a lipoma (fatty tissue) and in consequence not related to prostate cancer, it seems that it should be treated with surgery.

well john, i have spinal cord fatty mass from d9 till d11.i made surgery twice and the lipoma still growing with time.Am taking turmeric ,like we name it golden tea .doing a dieting well balance and drinking green tea.Nature of specimen: lipoma from intradural conus medullaris and for micro exams: the largest shows fatty tissue with a haemorrhagic edge.the small brownish pieces are congested pieces of fatty tissues ,features are consistent with a lipoma.this the report of biosy.Am 44 years old and walk with a crutch. My golden tea consist of turmeric cinnamon black pepper and ashwagandha that helps me a lot controlling my weight ,inflammtion ,pain, burning sensation ,spasticity .since now am seeking a non surgical treatment and i can clear this fatty mass from my spine.for the time am stable and strong .well i can ride my bicycle which everyone say asked how i can do that and swimming also.as i have weakness in my left leg and burning sensation in right leg.Everyday am tried to make my day happier and useful.thanks john

Did not know you could read j-o-h-n .....oh you looked at the pictures! Good Morning....!! Welcome vijay23 ...I lost my 40% of my jaw due to a misdiagnosis...turns out only 3 guys in the country could do the procedure and not butcher your face up....used a titanium implant instead of fibula...most people cannot tell...There is a spine surgeon in Nashville who only tackles really difficult cases...if interested I will get you the contact info. I have seen two failed lumbar patients pre and post..3 and 4 levels of hardware...they were non - ambulatory before and get around fine ...He is honest and does not play god....Blue Skies GSK

David McCord... 615-329-0679. I would send him this film and your history to see if he will see you . He usually will not address the thoracic spine but from your film you are at T-12 or D-12 which has a small floating rib and may not rule you out..He is one of the top salvage surgeons in the country....It may be worth a shot...
