Came home and looked at my dads results from his bone scan - he's in remission right now and all of his bone mets and margins around his prostate have resolved. He is coming up around 6 months and I'm just going to take the small victories and not think too far into the future.
Just hope that I can keep posting on here and getting all the valuable information as we keep treading on.
Still going to post here and try to help people on the journey. But I would just like to thank everyone on here for posting and giving so much information to this community and people like me.
I hope everyone gets the care they need and the love they deserve.

I know of a number of men who have had no other treatment than basic ADT and have had no recurrence of the cancer in more than 10 years. I know of one whose basic ADT eventually failed but he got on Zytiga and has now passed 20 years and has a current PSA below 1.0. He's in his 80's.
