The study used aloe aborescens with 10ml 3/day. This species is a cousin of the common aloe vera. I use the aborescens species at 1 Tbl sp( 15ml) 2X/day.

Here is a good comparison of the 2 species of aloe. The aborescens is stronger than the vera species.

Do you understand that this has nothing whatsoever to do with prostate cancer?

TA- you are correct. I have been all over the internet and can't find any study that shows Aloe Arborescens in a prostate study. However, I find it highly plausible that given the benefit for all the other cancers, that it could also have benefit for prostate cancer.

But what I did find was may references to "stories", and reports that showed the benefit for prostate cancer.

A good source for "reports" is the book by Father Romano Zago and his book Cancer can by Cured.

Many reports worldwide would seem to lead in the direction of positive results, even w/o a bonafide study. Also it would seem to not have any negative results. At Trump says, "what have you got to loose".

You have no idea what possible interactions there might be with docetaxel. Docetaxel was not used in the study you posted. Other cancers are not prostate cancer and it is a mistake to generalize.

I heard that the compound in milk thistle (Silibinin) can also increase the effectiveness of chemo and minimize the side effects as well. I don't have a source but I read it on one of those evidence based sites a few months back. Helps the liver too.

Not what you're looking for?
