With great sadness I need to share that my father gained his healing in heaven. He was my daddy and I will forever be his little girl. God how I’m going to miss him. I love you so much dad.

As i go thru my PC journey, my daughter and I have grown incredibly close. Her love and support have meant the world to me. I tell you this because I want you to know how much your love and support meant to your dad. And I believe (and I feel certain your dad believed) that when our time comes, we want our daughters to have no regrets because their love meant the world to us. And we will continue to be there watching over you and we will be that voice in your head when the tough decisions in your life come along. You see no matter how old you become, you guys are always be our little girls.

Thank you to everyone who’s lifting us up in thought and prayers. Please be encouraged to carry on with whatever treatments you think is helping. My dad’s diagnosis was 3 months ago but the cancer didn’t kill him. He died of heart failure. I’m grateful that he was able to receive as much treatment as possible until the end because he died without suffering from the cancer pain. His death was peaceful and quick. We all had enough time to hold his hands and say good bye those last few hours before his heart gave out. He even came home and spent 1 last night with me and my mom the night before his death.

The Bible verse that Is in my heart reads:

2 Timothy 4:7 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.

My friends keep pressing forward. You are not alone.

I'm so sorry you just lost your dad. You did so much for him in such a short amount of time. You must be numb with shock since it's just months when your dad got the diagnosis.
