Yeah, . . . "we" are all rather dumb about the "vitamin D" hormonal system.

Sadly, the "we" includes much of our medical profession, who having bought into the idea that this "vitamin D" is an actually ( an essential) nutrient, . . . . cannot easily entertain any reasoned alternative view !
