PSA numbers

PSA Questions. I read all the posts and see where the majority of persons report PSA levels in decimal numbers to high single digit numbers. I started at over 300 and all the meds and processes I have had in 4 years I have never gotten below 12 and now I'm back to 42 as each drug has quit working. I'm in limbo at this date.

Hello Alan,

What drugs have you taken? Is your cancer metastatic?

I started with Degarlix but the side effects about killed me, then I went to Leupron and eventually that stopped lowering the PSA so then I went to Zytiga and Prednisone and that stopped working. I have been going up at 10 points a month 11,--22,--33,--42 and now trying to figure out where I go now. When discovered in 2014, I was stage 4 with matastatized in lots of bones and lymph nodes.

I assume you continued Lupron. What about Xofigo, docetaxel, Xtandi, Provenge?

Have you thought about a clinical trial? If you have not had gene mapping, the NCI Match trial will gene map your cancer--ie:mutations and put you in a treatment arm that is targeted towards your mutations---targeted therapy.... 1st trial listed:
