Next is a uPSA - it's the ONLY thing that matters.

Hopefully the VA is paying your medical bills. Thanks for wearing those khakis...I burned mine.

J-o-h-n, I went outside the VA for my RP. I had it on Dec 18th and my earliest scheduled day at the VA was today, Jan 29th. This has been my first foray outside of the VA and I'm uncertain as to where I will go if I need adjuvant radiotherapy. I'm not sure as to what my medicare coverage will be for that but I might be in an 80/20 situation which will bring me back to the VA. Also any sort of RX treatment would only be covered by the VA. Leaving for Arizona today for the month of February. This below zero stuff will at least be behind me for a while.

I see you're going to see a urologist... it would be best to see a MO (medical oncologist) who specializes in Pca (prostate cancer). Keep us up to date and let us know if you're going to be FRIED (radiation). Many here have been fried (including me) so you may get some valuable information here. Also several guys here are vets who also have been Agent OrangeD.

BTW they say July 4th "is the summer" in Minn. Enjoy AriDzona.

Good Luck, Good Health and Good Humor.
