Uranium 223 is good for a small H Bomb which will wipe out PCa or you can take Radium 223 for PCa in bones

Actually it would be good for an atomic bomb although that could be used as the primary trigger in an H-bomb.

As far as I know, Uranium223 is not used to treat Pca.

Maybe you mean Radium223 aka Xofigo, and a few men have

had the standard 6 infusions which in Australia cost usd $49,000.

The radium in an aqueous solution has short half life while circulating in blood stream and some finds its way to wherever calcium traffic is going on, especially at Pca bone lesions. Ra tends to replace Ca so it then is located for some time and emits beta radiation which kills the cancer at the bone lesion sites, then the Ra radioactivity reduces to negligible levels and cancer is killed, in theory, and you live longer, but I guess the bones never fully recover their former strength before the Pca lesions weakened them.

Usually Ra223 is a last resort type of therapy. There may be severe side effects. Patrick Turner.

I do that periodically.

I have just had 1st session of Radium 223 for Mets on spine and hips. Only allowed treatment if organs and soft tissues are free and thankfully they were. First one not as harsh as Docataxel but similar side affects of tiredness, bowels, nausea and need for fluids. Ask again in 1 month after 2nd session.

Should have blood test results and hopefully reduction in alka phosphates

U-235 is only one isotope of uranium. AFAIK - neither is useful i PCa.
