Zytiga
This is a message to Quyen,
I read your postings and see that your Father has already used Zytiga and failed it.
Per your 2nd post, he is on Xtandi now and you were asking this group to contribute free Xtandi.
If you are just collecting drugs, this is not moral because there may be men on this forum who genuinely need Zytiga and may not be in a position to pay for it.
It is imperative to be ethical and not use the kindness of people on this forum for your objectives that may not be ethical.
Toiaubrey has been more than generous to offer free zytiga so IF you are drug collecting then please this is not the forum.
Folks:
I see this happening on many forums. It reflects compassion and an understanding that drugs are very expensive, beyond the means of many patients. However,
"...There are both federal and state laws that make using or sharing prescription drugs illegal. If you take a pill that was prescribed to someone else or give that pill to another person, not only is it against the law, it's extremely dangerous."
Always felt uneasy when someone asked for drugs or said they had drugs. And as CalBear74 says is no doubt illegal. And, if insurance paid for them, are they really yours? Seems to me there was a deal a while back that people in the military were getting expired drugs to save costs. But flushing a $10,000 bottle of Xtandi because you went on to the next treatment is not only immoral but to me ridiculous. And I may be in that very situation very soon. Not may be. Will be. Is there some kind of way to recycle these unneeded, unexpired, ridiculously expensive drugs. There may be solutions already so if you know would you kindly let the rest of us in on it. Don't think this is the time for big pharm conspiracy plots but who knows. I really do believe I may be someday be sitting on $20,000 plus of Xtandi. Don't really want to become a drug dealer.
This is just crazy I'm just trying to be a good person and give the drugs to someone who needs them. I'm not a drug dealer. My prescription was changed to Xtandi and I had a month and one half of the old drug Zytiga still on hand.
I offered to send to a person in need free all I needed was an address. In response I have people arguing as to need, asked for my address in order to pick the drug up and called a drug dealer. Please don't contact me again
I am so sorry you took my message that way. I was not calling you a drug dealer. Trying to give your unneeded drugs to someone for free does not qualify you as a drug dealer. I commend you on your effort to help someone else. Just noting that others are in your situation and that I will be in your situation soon. The drug dealer crack was supposed to be humor at my own expense. So anyway hope you have a nice rest of the day, did not mean to upset you. Monte
Hi Toiaubrey:
I believe you are a good person who is trying to help people in need. You have my respect. My father received Xtandi from some people in this forum. Others provided encouragement/guidance to support us. I am very grateful for that. You know, I'm scared and it's heart breaking to see my father in pain days and nights. This time, I am trying to pay back and do a good thing, by letting you know that a person needs your Zytiga. Anyway, I think I should not continue commenting on this post.
Hi Monte:
I understand your point "flushing a $10,000 bottle of Xtandi because you went on to the next treatment is not only immoral but to me ridiculous", especially there are people out there who need the drug but cannot afford it.
Thank you.
