So we started with only harmonal tharapy taking zoladex injection on monthly bases because the PSA level was 1800 when checked it worked out for a year but then urination problems again started so we consulted oncologist he suggested Abiraterone 1000 Mg which gave us 6 months and psa was dropped to 80 then its effect was stopped and psc jumped to 2200 so we stared lutrate after every three months along with zolidronic acid and Ebidose 100 MG (Chemo) we did 7 cycles and psa droped to 1600 but then it again jumped to 2400 .now the doctor has suggested Enzulatamide 160MG .So my question is what are the options left for us ?

I don't know what medications are available in his country. Is Ebidose=docetaxel? He can try cabazitaxel, which may work after docetaxel fails. After that, he can try to re-challenge with abiraterone or enzalutamide. If he has bone metastases, radium 223 may be useful. Sipuleucel is the immunotherapy that has been found to extend life. He can try adding celecoxib to his Zoledronate.

As you said, if he's getting the same treatments there, then there's no need for him to come here.
