My father, as well as myself, live in Wilm, De when he was diagnosed with stage 4 he was told to go to MD Anderson in NJ. They in turn told him to go to Hopkins. That was 4 or so yrs ago, he has continued to be seen there. Not sure where you are coming from but they are one of the top in the country for prostate cancer treatment and if traveling is a possibility may be worth the drive, even if just for a consultation. I concur with johnkelsey. We are in Bucks County. We had consults at Penn, Jeff, and Foxchase with their best Pca oncologists. Liked them all. Went with Foxchase and Geynisman. Love him.
