PSA went from 0.32 to 0.37, statistically the same. Blood and metabolic panels still make me look like I'm 25, though my mirror's not buying it. Went to a monthly Lupron shot, so far side effects are easier but it's early. Would like to have seen a decrease in PSA but will take this result for now.

Is it the injections you like, jk
No, it's the reduced side effects. Though I have to admit the smaller needle is a plus. With the bigger shot came a bigger needle. It felt like they were drilling down for a bone biopsy.
That makes sense, I dread my 6 month shot.
Though I still needed a 2 hour nap by mid afternoon, my legs weren't rubbery and my balance was ok. The 3 month shots had me walking into walls a couple hours after. Yes, you are right on. Exercise has been crucial for me for keeping side effects at bay. I lift 3 days a week (2 upper body circuits, one lower body) and walk the track 3 days. I used to do high intensity interval training but 2 weeks on casodex (before Lupron and zytiga) eliminated that.
