Staging Metastatic Prostate Cancer

My prostate cancer with initial diagnosis of Gleason 3 + 3 was treated with brachytherapy in 2011. A local recurrence in an extra-capsular nodule was treated with ADT and Cyberknife in 2016-2017. Now after a second recurrence this year I had a 18F-DCFPyL PET/CT scan found no uptake inside the prostate. But found many abnormal intense, intense, and mild uptakes in pelvic lymph nodes. How would you stage my metastatic prostate cancer?

Reaccurance is a word every man with clear status fears hearing..now again for you the second time..Its been a long path with APC for you. I’m close to 4yrs in myself. Do you currently have a PC specialist ? If not? And If you can find the means? I d get one..Others here will answer but you need a specialist.. Please let us know what stage you are now and what plan you choose. Good luck Sir!
