There seems to be increased interest in accelerating androgen receptor [AR] degrading. Of course, PCa might respond by increasing AR expression (i.e. number) or by gain of function (AR amplification).

Natural substances found to increase AR degradation:

[1] Luteolin. (not lutein)

[2] Isosilybin B (from milk thistle)

[3] Curcumin

Semi-natural:

[4a] - [4j] ASC-J9 - Dimethylcurcumin, a synthetic curcuminoid
