Axumin scan tomorrow. I've always done my best to avoid/moderate radiation exposure. Does anyone have any suggestions for supplements pre and/or post the scan?

The CT delivers more radiation than the PET scan.
Hello Bill, I would like to suggest that you peruse Pubmed and search for references using the terms radiation protectants (resveratrol, quercetin, curcumin, etc). Tall Allen is correct the CT scans deliver a much larger dose. Regards, Phil
Thanks, Phil and Allen. I'm scheduled for a PET/CT Axumin scan, so I guess I'll get a healthy dose of radiation.
