Spasms on xtandi

On xtandi 2 months after zytigo. Developing tremors/spasums back pain @max dose. Trying to figure out by reducing dose. Hate to give it up. Reduced psa from 15 to 9.7. Seems to reduce hard tremors. afraid reduce dose would,not control lymph and spinal Mets. anyone have similar symptoms.

It sounds more like something caused by your mets than the Xtandi. Have you had any recent scans to look for radiographic progression?

So you are doing zytiga followed by xtandi?

What was your Docs thinking about one followed by the other?

I couldn't stand Xtandi at 160 mg. Cut to 120 mg and added 10 mg prednisone for one week then weened of pred. Improved within 3 day. Now able to get back to work, Have way more energy. Joint and belly pains gone. Some of us can't take max dose Xtandi. Blood tests next week to check on progress. Dose of Xtandi in Drs literature says it can be taken at 80 or 120 mg dose if unacceptable side effects are apparent in patent. Good luck and don't be afraid to reduce poison load... takes 28 days to reach new equalibrium in body with new dosage. Good luck with the balancing act we all go though while fighting Pca with drugs.
