A day ago I posted a post asking for some personal experiences regarding RT and HT and how they may interfere with daily life (" getting prepared for my new life").
Many of you shared your stories and even added advices and tips, very good ones.
I dont have enough words to thank you for taking the time and share.
The wisdom on this site is priceless
Wishing you all the best !!

That's one reason we are all here. Ask any Question and some of us have probably been there already and are willing to share. Good luck to you.

RT was not too bad. After some weeks it starts to catch up to you. Fatigue is a factor. I think you’ll feel better the further you get from it. I believe that I keep working and yo7 feel the effects , mainly fatigue for me. Hope you breeze thru. It helped me tremendously. We are all dorkes.. right there with you. You’ll be better if goes as planned .. good luck..
hey John, was thinking that considering the fact that I'm about to go thru ADT treatment maybe I should find a username that better reflects the new status of my "johnson" .Seems that dork will be distant memory
In USAF during VN era, our squadron mascot was a Red Dork. We had stencils in our tool kits and red paint. When we worked anyone elses birds we left our mark on them. Humor helped in that war and helps in this one we are now fighting too. Stay with the fight and live long.
